Scope of Work :

a. Site visit to assess the site conditions and attend kick off meeting.

b. Basic Engineering of Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, C&I, telecom systems such as SLDs, Protection and Metering SLDs, Layout drawings, Block diagrams, Process and Material Flow sheets, Control schemes etc. as required to establish the Power generation and distribution Plan.

c. Preparation of EPC package specifications along with conceptual drawings, price schedules, BOQ, equipment and system specifications, technical particulars.

d. Preparation of Scope of work and technical specification for Topographic survey and Geotechnical investigation tests at Projec sites / Transmission line routes.

e. Preselection of EPC bidders.

f. Issuing the tenders to preselected EPC bidders.

g. Issuing clarifications to various bidders.

h. Expediting and collection of Technical and price offers from the bidders.

i. Bid evaluation and submission of recommendation report.

j. Assistance for placement of orders on selected EPC bidders.

k. Assistance for acquiring Right of Way (ROW) of 132kV Transmission lines.

l. Project management services by strictly controlling the time schedule of the delivery of each package.

m. Review of vendor submitted drawings, specifications, design calculations, Quality assurance plans (QAP), Test certificates, Installation manuals, O & M manuals and approval thereof.

n. Witnessing of FAT and Type tests (if required) at manufacturer’s works or third party laboratory.

o. Supervision of Installation, Testing and commissioning by deputing Indian / Nigerian / Indian living in Nigeria engineers at site.

p. Technical assistance to the Client to obtain Govt. and other statutory clearances.

q. Technical assistance to the Client for project handing over from the Contractors.
