Scope of Work :

The scope of work shall include the following Design and Engineering services for the Construction of 2x 60 MVA 132/ 33 KV Transmission SS at Bernin Kuddu with 2x132 kv Bay extension at 2x45 MVA 132/33 kV , Transmission substation at Dutse in Jigawa state in Nigeria :

a. Site visit for collection of data (by 2 officials) from the existing Substations and to visualize
the status of the proposed plot of the new Substation.
b. Review the site information including site plans and boundaries including considerations
of following to optimize the land area requirement -
i. Terrain and topography of the land,
ii. Slope,
iii. Grid connection.
c. Preparation of Basic engineering drawings and calculations.
d. Detail engineering drawings for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Substation Automation System
(SCADA based), Fire protection and HVAC systems.
e. Preparation of Design calculations for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Fire protection and
HVAC systems.
f. Relay setting calculation and Relay coordination.
g. Preparation of Bill of materials for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Automation
systems.
h. Vendor drawings review and comments.
i. Attending meetings with Client in online mode for any technical coordination.
j. Visit to Client’s office in Nigeria for attending various review and coordination meetings.
k. All drawings shall be submitted through email. Submission of hard copy of drawings is not
considered.
l. Submission of As Built Drawings.
