A.    Introduction :

M/s Neccon Power & Infra Limited (NPIL) have been awarded with the job of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 220/33kV, 2X100 MVA GIS substations at two locations (Bihpuria & Jakhalabandha) and associated 220kV Transmission Lines (Package A)” of AEGCL, Assam. 

NPIL has engaged Satcon as their Consutant for Design, Engineering & Consultancy services for the above mentioned project to include design and drawings for the Electrical, Civil, Structural, Fire fighting, HVAC, Substation automation system works of the Substation and Transmission lines.

B.    Scope of Work :

The scope of work includes preparation, submission and revision of drawings, design calculations and BOQ for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Fire protection, HVAC and Substation automation system works of the project till approval by the Project Consultant / AEGCL. 

The scope shall also include attending physical / virtual meetings with AEGCL/ AIIB's Consultant for providing clarifications on drawings prepared by Satcon, obtaining approval, site visits for data collection and assistance to site erection, testing and commissioning team.
