We can employ a survey team with either a Total station or a Digital GPS device for the contour survey of a Substation plot or Transmission line route and also the surrounding areas. We have carried out survey of at least 25 substation plots so far in various parts of India. The survey drawing is prepared in Autocad software in true GPS on the basis of data collected through DGPS or Total station.
